It's a Luau!

We volunteered last night to host our church's next "home group" at our place. Twice a month a group of 15-20 of us gather on Sunday evenings for dinner and fellowship. It's always fun, and we always have a "theme" to follow. Yesterday our theme was "Cinco de Mayo".

Jon and I decided to host a Luau!

Here's the invitations/announcements I drew up this morning.

I'm making a Grilled Peach Salad w/ Vinegarette
and Cheese Tortellini with Grapes and Bananas.
It's a popular dish at "Island Pasta" in Downtown, Melbourne. It sounds *weird* but it's fabulous, and I can't wait to make it! And this totally gives me a reason to buy those Chinese paper lanterns I've been itching to get. LOL!
